My Vision

Bringing more consciousness into professional sport, so athletes grow into happier people — and naturally become more successful players.

NEO'S Athlete Mentoring guides athletes towards their clearest version and vision — back to what lets them play freely and successfully in the moments that matter.

"A true player is an athlete at their most awake."

What professional sport has been through

Gen 01
Physics

Nutrition, athletics, biomechanics. The body as a machine.

Gen 02
Mental Performance

Visualisation, resilience, pressure management. The mind as a second muscle.

Gen 03
Identity & Impact

Who am I beyond sport? What message do I stand for? Why do I play at all?

Emerging now.

Professional sport has spent the last decades optimising everything that can be optimised. And yet, more and more world-class athletes eventually face the same question —

"Who am I, really, when I'm not playing?"

Athletes who have truly understood this become ambassadors for something that reaches far beyond their sport. I have been observing and accompanying this shift for years.

Two paths. One destination.

Remembering clarity, rather than learning something new.

My position sits outside the management team and the daily coaching staff. My aim is to be the person and friend the athlete calls when it's about something more important than technique and tactics.

People who happen to be athletes.

Behind every professional athlete stands a person who, at twelve or fourteen, began defining themselves through results. At some point everything revolves around rankings, sponsors, the next tournament schedule — and the question of who they are beyond the court gets left behind. That is where I step in. I work with young athletes who refuse to lose themselves on their way to turning professional. When pressure builds and the expectations around a player rise, it reveals how much clarity a person has anchored within. That is why emerging athletes deserve holistic support with every means available, so their career carries real quality of life — during competition and away from it.

With too many sporting legends we have witnessed the emptiness inside them — despite winning their greatest title hours earlier, sitting in a hotel room later that evening feeling something far removed from inner fulfilment.

Once they stand in the biggest stadiums in the world, they are role models for millions. What good are physically and mentally functioning machines if they feel neither happiness nor inner peace beyond the sporting success? A high quality of life is not the consequence of a victorious career. A quality of life shaped by the player themselves is the foundation of a successful career — before, during and after.
